Japanese sake has been loved for more than 1000 years. The custom of enjoying Japanese sake in each season is a part of Japanese culture that can be boasted to the world.

In Japan, there is Japanese sake that moves our emotion with its taste. There is Japanese sake that has been elaborately manufactured like works of art. However, since they are not produced in large quantity, they are not well-known.

We, "Icorporation", are visiting the sake breweries throughout Japan to break out of the current situation. We are only introducing sake of excellent quality that has been carefully examined, selected and produced with hardships of the brewers.

We are also actively hosting various events, such as sake-tasting or sake-study meeting in Japan and to the United States followed by Europe and Asia, as an attempt to promote the appeal of Japanese sake.

The hope and mission of "Icorporation" are,
- Not only selling sake, but also promoting the profound appeal of Japanese sake; and
- Providing the opportunity to as many people as possible, to realize that "Japanese sake is delicious".
